About the RoleThis is an inbound customer service position based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. As an Insurance Customer Service Specialist, you will assist landlords and tenants with their insurance inquiries, providing guidance and support throughout the enquiry and claims process.
Your key responsibilities will include engaging with customers, addressing their concerns, and delivering exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.

- Adherence to regulations and compliance standards

- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 + superannuation, depending on your experience
