About the Opportunity

We're seeking a Customer Success Advocate to join our Childcare & Education vertical in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and have excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored support to ensure they get the most out of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Assist with ticket assignment, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain broad knowledge of company products, services, and promotions
  • Support the implementation of system improvements and new technology roll-outs
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing position
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Confident phone manner and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
