About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at SMAART Recruitment. As an Enquiry Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through insurance inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting customers with claims, renewals, quotes, new business applications, policy inquiries, and accurately maintaining records management systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be customer-focused, detail-oriented, empathetic, and capable of connecting with a diverse range of customers.

  • A competitive remuneration package ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 per year, plus superannuation.
  • An attractive work-life balance offering Monday to Friday business hours, with the option to work from home two days a week after a standard six-month probation period.
