Sales Development Specialist

Develop your sales career with a leading logistics company. This sales cadetship provides hands-on experience in key transport functions, including depot operations, administration, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spend 12-18 months learning the business from the ground up.
• Move into a customer-facing sales representative role upon completion of the cadetship.
• Achieve individual new business targets in a supportive team environment.
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience desired, but not necessary.
• Strong written, verbal, and oral skills.
• Ability to work closely with the sales team across different Mainfreight brands.
• Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong desire to develop and succeed.
Mainfreight Support:
• Opportunities to progress within the business locally and globally.
• In-house training and induction to understand the key functions of Mainfreight divisions and operating systems.
• Package including base salary, bonuses, and company car upon completion of the cadetship.
