About the Role:
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a key part in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with sellers and industry stakeholders. Your role will involve identifying potential collaborators whose offerings align with our vision and curation guidelines, initiating outreach, and nurturing long-term relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnership Development: Identify and engage potential sellers and industry partners, showcasing the value of our platform and building strong relationships.
- Onboarding & Support: Guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth listing of their inventory and addressing any concerns.
- Process Improvement: Propose enhancements to streamline onboarding and partnership development, working with our tech team to implement solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and provide insights to shape strategic direction.
- Sustainability Promotion: Support marketing efforts to promote sustainability through partnerships and various channels like social media and email.
