Job Title: Marketing Specialist

FM Global is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Asia Pacific Division in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in facilitating and accelerating sales growth, while infusing state-of-the-art analytics into our sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to develop and package knowledge, resources, and materials for critical moments throughout the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Staff Marketing to design and execute innovative lead nurturing campaigns at various stages in the sales funnel.
  • Administer information in Client Relationship Management (CRM) system in collaboration with Business Development Assistants (BDAs).
  • Utilize social networking and other critical field tools to support BDEs.
  • Customize research for BDEs on prospects, clients, industries, and strategic buyers.
  • Gather, organize, and supply BDEs with competitive market and internal intelligence.
  • Execute direct marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the assigned geographic territory and industries, identifying new prospects in the territory.
  • Travel approximately 20%.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or market research.
  • At least 5 years' experience in business or equivalent.
  • Research, analytical, and market knowledge skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of another Asian language, such as Mandarin, Malay, or Korean, is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Web mining and familiarity with business services and social networking tools.
  • Skills using Adobe InDesign and other design platforms.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
