Role Overview

As an Event Client Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building authentic connections with every guest who enters our doors. Your focus will be on creating a feel-good community, ensuring a seamless experience for our members and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate event space and clients before the day of the event
  • Manage logistics for setup and pack down of the event space
  • Provide emergency venue support on the day of the event
  • Connect and book internal vendors for events and relevant spaces
  • Liaise with and connect external vendors to the appropriate spaces
  • Coordinated landlord requirements with each event requirement
  • Brief and coordinate with HT and T+G for smooth event execution
  • Venue setup and specific event details
  • Pre-event onboarding and post-sale tours
  • Collect feedback from event clients post-event
About The Role

This role requires a customer-focused approach, ability to influence stakeholders, dedicated leadership experience and proven expertise in customer experience or events.

Compensation and Benefits
