Seasonal Events Coordinator

Estimated salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year.

This role involves coordinating pre-season planning, in-season management, and content creation for seasonal events. As a Seasonal Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless site experience for seasonal events, updating landing pages, product walls, PDPs, etc., as needed.

Nike is a leading company in AU, known for its innovative approach to sales and customer engagement. The Sales teams are the front line for delivering products, experiences, and brand stories to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate pre-season planning, in-season management, and content creation for seasonal events.
  • Collaborate with the Platform and Site Experience team to meet season demand/member growth target with peak moments, maximizing event objectives (acquisition, retention, FPR, inventory management, etc.) and leveraging digital capabilities that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure seamless site experience for seasonal events, updating landing pages, product walls, PDPs, etc., as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital commerce or digital retail business.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with ability to synthesize information, reach conclusions, and recommend actions or future strategies.
  • Experience with physical retail or direct-to-consumer digital sales, personalization, user design, consumer experience capabilities, inventory planning, and product knowledge (apparel, footwear, equipment).
  • Familiarity with Membership Programming, Member Benefits, and ability to work under tight timelines with high attention to detail.
