Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a warm and welcoming environment for internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Proactively anticipate potential issues and resolve them swiftly, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the Space Team to facilitate event promotions, foster a community environment, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Complete new member inductions, onboarding/offboarding processes, and practices that align with organisational procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for our members.
  • Provide support to other Team Members and Management, ensuring the smooth running of CreativeCubes.Co.
  • Assist with hosting and organising networking and community events, showcasing our vibrant atmosphere and fostering connections within our community.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a customer service role, preferably with sales experience.
  • University Graduate preferred, with strong communication, organisation, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong moral values, empathy, passion, career aspirations, and positive living.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing situations and priorities.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
