We're looking for an experienced Sales and Account Development Executive to join our team in Victoria. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop sales opportunities for our packaging closures and specialties products, while managing existing and new customers at state and national levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new sales opportunities and develop tailored solutions for customers
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews and performance reports to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in sales management, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • You are a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex data and develop tailored solutions for customers
  • You are highly motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve results and exceed targets

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of around $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
