Job Description

Texada Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Account Executive to join our Australian Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify key targets across the region and build strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in software sales (SaaS/Cloud) with a background in selling to construction-related industries.
  • Competitive drive to hunt for new opportunities and become a trusted advisor to external and internal parties.
  • Process and relationship-driven with a proven ability to be consistent in activities that drive sales success.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Disciplined approach to daily CRM usage and following a proven sales process.
  • Exceptional listening skills and desire to help clients and colleagues.
  • Business-minded with an understanding of contracts, revenue, margins, and developing mutually beneficial deals with clients and closing complex cycles.
