As a Relationship Manager, you will proactively engage with customers, educate employees about employee benefits, and drive sales growth through a variety of online and offline tools.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Working closely with the B2B Sales Team and Employer to design and implement a successful go-to-market strategy.
  • Managing key accounts while ensuring customer advocacy and growth.
  • Collaborating with the Relationship Management, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure product adoption and lead generation.
  • Meeting KPI targets on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensuring compliance and consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures, and legislation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Novated Leasing, Salary Packaging, SAAS Account Management, Employee Benefits, or consumer finance Sales and/or Relationship/Account Management positions.
  • Tertiary qualifications are preferred but not essential.
  • Proven strong sales and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and engage with all types of prospective customers.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines and a high number of lead enquiries.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a team environment.
  • Competent to use Microsoft suite of products.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic Sales team environment.
  • Able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced sales environment with a passion for selling.
