Customer Engagement Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Expert to join our BWA Group Services Pty Ltd team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone-based support, ensuring that customers receive quick, accurate, and up-to-date answers to their queries.
This part-time (8 hours/3 or 4 days a week) and full-time role requires strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a risk mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
In this role, you will:
- Provide warm and engaging voice services to customers
- Contribute to the team's vision and values while adding value to every customer enquiry and interaction
- Receive inbound calls from customers and resolve queries at first point of contact
- Provide customers with information related to their products, services, and transactional information
