The Role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic customer engagement initiatives to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop comprehensive strategies that align with business objectives and enable the operations team to execute campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop holistic customer strategies across multiple touchpoints and channels to influence customer behavior.
  • Manage CRM plans including campaign calendar, segmentation, and messaging framework to support Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
  • Work closely with the operations team to translate CRM plans into actionable tasks and projects, providing guidance and support for successful execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer engagement strategy and planning.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy flexible working arrangements, generous performance-based bonuses, and access to end-of-trip facilities, among other benefits.
