About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Roster Coordinator to join our team at Warrigal. As a key member of our rostering team, you will be responsible for coordinating the response rostering process, ensuring effective and efficient communication with staff and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the response rostering process, including re-rostering and responding to changes as they arise.
  • Liaise with staff and managers to address covering staff absence and manage competing demands in a busy environment.
  • Work closely with the Roster Team Leader to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage the Rostering system, including undertaking system administration functions to keep the system up to date.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with staff and managers to coordinate shifts.
Requirements
  • High level of knowledge and experience working in a rostering or scheduling role within a complex, fast-paced, and multidisciplinary 24/7 industry.
  • Well-developed capacity to manage competing demands, work to deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • A sound working knowledge of Enterprise agreement interpretation and fatigue management principles.
  • Extensive knowledge of Rostering, Payroll process, and Time Capture systems.
  • Ability to work in the hours of 1.30pm - 8.00pm onsite, or WFH when there is an operational need to do so.
