About the Role

The Roster Coordinator will be responsible for providing scheduling services to all HammondAtHome Illawarra areas. This includes efficiently managing and administering client and staff schedules, ensuring rounds are set up with consideration to consistency, efficiency and fairness, whilst maintaining care worker contracted hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer client and staff schedules
  • Ensure rounds are set up with consideration to consistency, efficiency and fairness
  • Maintain care worker contracted hours

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centre
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail
  • Natural problem solver with outstanding communication and coordination skills
