About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to join our team at Warrigal. As a key member of our rostering team, you will be responsible for coordinating the response rostering process, ensuring effective and efficient communication with staff and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the response rostering process, including re-rostering and responding to changes as they arise.
  • Liaise with staff and managers to address covering staff absence and manage the competing demands of a busy environment.
  • Work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely rostering.
  • Develop and maintain a sound working knowledge of Enterprise agreement interpretation and fatigue management principles.
  • Undertake system administration functions to keep the Rostering system up to date.
  • Coordinate shifts and liaise with staff and managers to ensure seamless rostering operations.
Requirements
  • High level of knowledge and experience working in a rostering or scheduling role within a complex, fast-paced and multidisciplinary 24/7 industry.
  • Well-developed capacity to manage competing demands, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • A sound working knowledge of Enterprise agreement interpretation and fatigue management principles.
  • Extensive knowledge of Rostering, Payroll process and Time Capture systems.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with staff and managers.
