Apex Event Recruitment is a leading creative events agency delivering momentous live experiences for their clients. We are looking for an experienced Events Coordinator to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within an events agency, either in an internship or paid position. Recent graduates who are go-getters and have a passion for creating creative experiences for clients are also ideal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the delivery of live projects and events alongside senior members of the team
  • Managing administrative duties, including developing budgets and timelines, creating client invoices, monitoring budgets and timelines, managing third-party suppliers, uploading and sending content to print, liaising with clients, and delivering events onsite
  • Posting to the Agency's social media accounts, including TikTok

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Clear written and oral communication skills
  • Project/event management experience (client and supplier management, and budgeting) is highly desirable
  • Experience using TikTok and has an understanding of content that thrives on the platform
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Solid computer skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
  • Ability to work from the office 3 days a week
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for events when required

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 plus super plus bonuses.
