The Senior Event Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all aspects of events are prepared and executed to the highest standards, aligning with venue guidelines and operational protocols. This role requires close collaboration with the Event Service Manager to coordinate logistical details, including furniture, equipment, and beverage allocation for seamless event execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining effective communication channels with internal stakeholders to ensure timely information exchange and collaborative efforts.
  • Coordinating event supervision, encompassing timelines, logistics, planning, instruction, pack-down, and venue resets.
  • Oversight of casual team member coordination for event days, involving development of comprehensive team briefings.
  • Preparing financial and post-event operational reports for informed decision-making.
  • Leading pre-event briefings with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of expectations.
  • Fostering compliance with Trippas White Group's WHS policies and procedures.
  • Driving staff motivation, training, and performance management to optimize team productivity and efficiency.

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving operational excellence at The Sydney Opera House.
