A leading bespoke creative events agency in Australia is seeking an experienced Event Producer to join their growing team. With a focus on delivering world-class events and experiences, this dynamic company manages a wide variety of events from conferences to activations to gala dinners.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing client events from initial brief to post-event reporting. This involves leading event projects, assisting the Executive Producer with event management, and ensuring multiple projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with clients through constant communication on event progress and updates.
- Conduct team and client meetings to ensure everyone is staying on track.
- Create and maintain critical path, run sheets, and production schedules.
- Coordinate suppliers, manage production and AV elements, and develop event contingency plans.
- Maintain effective event budget management tracking.
- Contribute to overall idea generation of event design.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience working as an Associate Producer, Event Coordinator, or Event Manager within a creative events agency.
- Ability to work across different types of events, including brand activations.
- Exceptional client management skills.
- Advanced skill level in MS Office applications.
- Strong team player with outgoing personality.
- Confident delivery of events.
- Attention to detail and ability to think on feet.
- Autonomy and teamwork.
- Risk management skills.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and producing events within a creative events agency, excellent client management skills, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team.
