About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional service to our key government and enterprise level clients across NSW.

This field sales position reports directly to the Sales Manager – Enterprise & Government and offers a unique opportunity to leverage your commercial acumen, industry knowledge, and interpersonal skills to drive business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise to develop new business opportunities and execute strategic business plans with key customers, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of top-tier customers, providing tailored solutions and exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets and achieve profitable growth commitments.
  • IDentify and pursue business improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
  • Proactively manage sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely updates on sales performance.
  • Presentation and communication skills are essential for representing Canon at industry events, seminars, and client-focused activities.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the enterprise or government sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing business plans, driving revenue growth, and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
