We are a cutting-edge, cloud-based HR technology company looking for a driven and ambitious Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

As an Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist at Hibob, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the ANZ region. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally to attract and sign new customers, driving Hibob's growth
  • Manage the entire sales cycle with an emphasis on closing deals
  • Pursue, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities across the ANZ region
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations that showcase the value of Hibob's SaaS-based offerings
  • Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline and drive sales growth
  • Identify key decision-makers, assess buying readiness, and determine timelines for successful sales outcomes
  • Capture and manage information, data, and metrics within our Salesforce CRM system
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to network and expand our reach

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in both inbound and outbound sales
  • You must be a skilled hunter and closer, able to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Experience working in an HR-tech environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
  • Proven ability to accurately forecast and hit revenue targets, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of adaptability and resilience
  • A self-starter who can work autonomously and remotely, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
