Job Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities across various industries, leveraging your expertise in sales strategies, product knowledge, and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize daily pipeline activity to maximize sales efficiency
  • Connect with Australian customers by email and phone, establishing trust and building value
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager, Australia, to develop commercially sound business cases across a wide variety of use-cases
  • Maintain current knowledge of the global Square product ecosystem and its applications in the Australian market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Partnership, to deliver effective sales strategies and solutions
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales position achieving quarterly goals
  • Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and the SMB segment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather support from internal experts and external partners
  • Genuine curiosity about people and business, with the ability to inspire passion in others
  • An interest in implementing feedback and improving sales abilities
