Enterprise Sales Specialist

This is a field sales position reporting to the Sales Manager – Enterprise & Government. As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key government and enterprise clients.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the development of new business opportunities and plan and execute business plans with potential key customers to deliver against the overall business strategy.
- Own the account management of new customers, particularly in the government sector in your territory that you bring on board, and any that may be assigned to you.
- Liaise with new or existing customers and the business to contribute to the development of the strategic sales plan to grow, meet, and exceed sales and revenue targets and achieve profitable growth commitments across several product and service offerings.
- Develop business engagement models that define the strategy.
- Identify and steer opportunities for business improvement.
- Report performance to budget with variance analysis and revised projections.
- Contribute to and devise the development/implementation of sales strategies.
- Attend and present at relevant seminars and other customer-focused events.
- Proactively generate new business through various go-to-market strategies and core propositions as well as the development of new business leads through the sales cycle.
- Generate and manage an accurate sales opportunity pipeline through proactive knowledge and understanding of the sales cycle.
You will be someone with a proven track record in maximizing business opportunities with top-tier enterprise or government accounts. You will enjoy leveraging your knowledge and experience of managed services and solutions.
You are comfortable working autonomously, while also collaborating with stakeholders across the country to achieve outcomes for our business.
Your commercial acumen is exceptional, and you have a head for numbers and analytics, as well as an eye for detail when responding to complex tenders.
Previous experience working with enterprise organizations or government agencies will be highly regarded.
