The Managed Technology division offers audio, video, IT, and communication solutions for international live events, providing a comprehensive service from project planning to on-site implementation. We cater to a wide range of customers, including those in the festival, sporting, and corporate sectors.
We are seeking a Regional Sales Director Oceania to lead our team and drive sales growth in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for solution sales of our services portfolio to customers in Oceania, as well as aiding in the development of new verticals for the business.
In this role, you will act as the relationship owner for your customers and work closely with our team of project managers and technicians to deliver world-class managed services. You will generate new business by managing and developing current channels (broadcast, entertainment, venue, corporate, motorsport) and new clients in related segments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a sales plan to achieve revenue targets
- Managing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Aiding in the development of new verticals for the business
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver managed services
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in a relevant market field, ideally in the broadcast and major events market OR 5+ years proven senior engineering & team leadership experience in major events
- Broad knowledge of event production, particularly around video, audio, and communications technology
- Active team player and communicator who is self-confident and results-driven
- Ability to travel throughout the dedicated sales territories, with a travel requirement of around 20%
