This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned retail professional with extensive store management experience within a large organisation. As Executive Director of Sales and Merchandising, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across our NSW stores, leading high-performing teams, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering in a similar multi-site field management role, with excellent leadership and coaching skills. You will be data-driven, customer-centric, and results-focused, with a strong understanding of how to achieve retail KPIs.
