As a Business Partnership Manager, you will collaborate closely with The Star Sydney's corporate and operational functions, aligning them with the wider people strategy. This role presents an opportunity to lead an exciting transformation of our business partnership approach, reshaping how we operate between centralised and decentralised models.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Embracing collaboration between functional and property leaders to deliver a consistent, efficient, and proactive strategic people agenda together with the business.
  • Partnering closely with leaders to ensure the People agenda is a priority and solutions meet unique business needs.
  • Prioritising and partnering in building financially sound recommendations across all aspects of People & Performance that address both immediate and long-term needs.
  • Understanding leadership needs and gathering insights to inform the design and rollout of People & Performance initiatives.
  • Caching, developing, and empowering leaders to perform as leaders, educating them on the People operating model.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A proven track record in a People Advisory role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or Organisational Development.
  • Strong relationship-building, coaching, influencing, and communication skills to develop leadership teams.
  • A proactive business partnership mindset, driven by a self-starter attitude.
