About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our partnership efforts with small businesses. As a Senior Digital Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, improve performance, and enhance customer experience across our SMB partner base.

Your primary focus will be on providing dedicated support to advertisers, consulting and coaching them towards success on TikTok. You will work closely with small and medium-sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their campaigns, identifying programmatic ways to scale up their reach and impact.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Developing strategies to improve advertiser performance, including consulting on scale-up, providing creative tips and best practices, and giving recommendations on budgeting and targeting.
  • Managing advertisers at scale, monitoring performance through tools and timely communication with clients.
  • Gathering insights from client interaction and effectively representing client needs to internal stakeholders (ads review, finance, product, etc.) to ensure good customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, prior experience working in a performance agency or business supporting the SME sector, and excellent analytical skills.
