Retail Partnership Opportunities:
As a Strategic Account Manager for Retail Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with retail partners. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to think strategically.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with retail partners.
• Build strong relationships with retail teams, including in-store teams and regional managers.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tyro's offerings and services.
• Provide training and education to frontline staff on Tyro's offerings and value to their customers.
• Leverage and communicate incentives, sales and marketing campaigns and tools available to encourage sales.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in field sales, customer engagement, or similar roles within retail or service environments.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to work independently and plan schedules effectively to maximise productivity.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to retail locations.
• Flexibility for monthly interstate travel.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication tools.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on experience.
