Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Business Partner to join our APAC team, responsible for Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will align strategic and tactical business objectives with corresponding IT objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in IT strategy creation, including alignment with Enterprise and Business Unit strategies.
- Formulate synthesized business capability and technology advancement strategies and long-term roadmaps.
- Provide insights and thought-leadership on industry/functional trends and best practices to guide business priorities, customer, and employee experience advancements, and technology decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field.
- 15+ years of proven experience in IT, with at least 5 years of business partnership experience, exposing the candidate to senior business and IT management.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of AUD 140,000 - AUD 180,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding exceptional talent.
