Job Title: Head of Partnerships

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team as the Head of Partnerships. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive partnerships strategy that drives growth, revenue, and customer success.

About the Role

You will take ownership of the partnerships strategy, working closely with our Customer Experience and Marketing pillars to ensure seamless integration and alignment. You will lead a team of Partner Managers, guiding them to achieve exceptional results and develop their careers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evolve our partnerships strategy and vision to drive long-term growth and success
  • Build deep relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and Finance
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to accelerate partner channel growth, improve gross profit margins, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Leverage industry best practices and expertise to identify blind spots, anticipate opportunities, and proactively develop strategies that drive commercial success
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, agility, and collaboration within the Partnerships team, empowering them to deliver exceptional results and grow professionally

About You

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Experience translating business vision and goals into compelling partnerships strategies, narratives, and roadmaps

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
