**About the Role:**

As a Growth and Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new partners, developing strategic plans that align with our business objectives, and representing Cake's brand and mission. You will also be involved in outreach campaigns to startup founders, decision-makers, and partners alike, and gathering relevant feedback from prospects to help prioritize feature updates for our top customers.

**Requirements:**

**Estimated Salary:**$130,000 per year. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to our employees.
