About the Opportunity

ASR Recruitment is partnering with a leading insurance repair company to find an experienced Administration Officer who can support their administration team in delivering exceptional communication and support to internal and external stakeholders.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity for an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes tasks effectively, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying customer needs and providing timely resolutions
  • Handling large volumes of inbound and outbound calls and directing them appropriately
  • Managing claims at the pre-approval stage and following up with clients
  • Providing updates and maintaining communication with stakeholders
  • Completing insurance assessment submissions and basic invoicing tasks
  • Arranging building contracts and managing incoming correspondence
  • Supporting internal staff with submissions and administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, thrive in both autonomous and team environments, and possess proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Additionally, they should be able to work across multiple systems simultaneously.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $$60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for career growth.
