We are looking for a skilled Senior Property Administrator to join our dynamic team in Newcastle.

Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your background in property, strong administration, and organisation skills in an autonomous role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to a team of agents and assisting with the coordination of department sales and marketing initiatives.

Based in our Newcastle office, this fast-paced and valued role will support a rapidly growing, collaborative, and supportive team.

About You
  • You will have recent administration experience, ideally within the Property Industry.
  • You possess strong MS Office Skills with experience in PDF editing.
  • You are able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and self-motivation.
  • You have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
  • You are skilled and experienced in preparing and proofreading documents, including exceptional spelling and grammar, with a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Production, proofing and formatting of property reports, submissions and other client documentation.
  2. Creating innovative and impactful content in submissions and IMs.
  3. Preparation of marketing collateral and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  4. Assisting with administration duties including lease and sale administration, financial management procedures, phone support and preparation of reports and presentations.
  5. Creating, maintaining and updating database systems and research spreadsheets.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
