About the Role:

As the Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative activities. This will involve preparing documents and correspondence, organizing meetings and events, scheduling appointments, taking notes and preparing minutes, managing phone and email communications, handling mail, maintaining stationery, and much more. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and staff
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, and reports with accuracy and professionalism
  • Organize meetings and events, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including note-taking, filing, photocopying, and managing mail
  • Respond to calls, emails, and other inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Utilize IT applications relevant to the role, including recruitment and rostering systems, ORACLE financial systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
