Senior Rostering Coordinator

As a Senior Rostering Coordinator at BaptistCare, you will play a vital role in empowering and supporting your colleagues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You will be responsible for delivering rostering and administrative functions for our aged care services.
This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary package.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the development and publishing of fortnightly rosters.
- Timely submission of pay periods to payroll.
- Assist with maintaining a master roster within budget, including consideration of occupancy and care minutes.
- Coordinate staff replacement and management of unplanned leave.
- Participate in the recruitment process within the home.
- Distribute the fortnightly roster in required timeframes and develop staff daily run sheets.
- General administrative duties as requested.
- Essential qualifications and experience:
- Experience with rostering staff in shift-based work.
- Experience using rostering systems and software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
- Work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent numeracy skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
