About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to join our high-performing team. The successful candidate will play an essential role in supporting the planning and execution of projects across various sectors, working closely with experienced Project Managers and Directors.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and coordinating property projects
- Collaborate with Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure timely project delivery
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to meet project goals
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and assist in resolving project-related issues
- Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and scheduling efforts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Property, or related field
- Previous experience in project management or a similar role is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools is desirable
- Must have the right to work in Australia
