The Role: Administrative Support Coordinator - CTP Personal Injury Insurance
We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our CTP Personal Injury Insurance team in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a career in legal administration and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to a team of legal and support staff, assist with document preparation, perform relief reception duties, prepare external emails, collate letters and other documents, and complete general duties such as scanning and electronic filing.
You will receive one-on-one training and be mentored by experienced legal secretaries to help you develop your skills and gain confidence in your role.
Requirements:
- A desire to work towards a long-term career in legal administration
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to demonstrate initiative
- Enthusiasm and willingness to work collaboratively or independently
- Highly developed communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous office-based work experience
- TAFE certificate in Business & Administration/Business & Legal
