Administrative Coordinator for Training Department

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team at Thiess Mount Pleasant Operation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Training Co-ordinator and training team to deliver high-quality solutions and results.
About the Role:
We are seeking an individual with strong administration experience within a training department on a mining site.
The key responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support to the Training Co-ordinator and site Trainer Assessors, assisting the training team in compiling monthly reporting requirements, ensuring accurate record keeping and systems management within LAMMP and Pegasus, coordinating site inductions, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
About You:
This role requires someone with experience working in a Training Team within the mining industry, proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Apart from these essential skills, it would be beneficial to have previous experience working in a customer-focused role, as well as knowledge of general administration and data entry duties.
