Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Administration Specialist to join our team in Newcastle. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of recruitment. You will work closely with Account Managers and Senior Consultants to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Screening: Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidate applications against role requirements.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by providing timely communication, information, and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Administrative Support: Execute administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as updating and maintaining candidate databases, responding to emails, scheduling interviews, and providing general day-to-day administrative support.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive transition from recruitment to employment.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus benefits including Friday arvo drinks, rewards and recognition vouchers, fun EOFY and Christmas parties, music playing in the office, and a CBD office with harbour views.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in administration, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with intermediate to advanced level computer skills using Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret information.
  • A genuine, inquisitive, and empathetic approach to client and candidate interactions.
