Sofitel Culinary Leader

As a Chef de Partie at Sofitel, you will be responsible for managing the In Room Dining kitchen section with precision and flair. Working under the Sous Chef, you will deliver high-quality, French-inspired dishes that exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and train team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef to develop and implement menu offerings
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
We are looking for an experienced and passionate culinary professional who can bring creativity and expertise to our kitchen team. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in high-end dining operations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and develop teams
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above, or equivalent qualification
- An unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
