Executive Pastry Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef - Pastry to join our team at Sofitel Adelaide. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the management of the kitchen team and pastry section.
About the RoleThis is a high-end dining operation that requires the highest level of food preparation, production, and implementation of menus that deliver innovation and project Sofitel Adelaide as a luxury hotel and market leader in the Adelaide food industry.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen team and pastry section.
- Oversight of food preparation, production, and implementation of menus.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in high-end dining operations.
- Relevant trade qualification with preference for French training or experience.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in leading, training, and developing teams.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
