As an Executive French Chef at Sofitel, you will work under the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality, French-inspired dishes with precision and flair. You'll manage the In Room Dining kitchen section, demonstrating strong leadership by training and supporting team members.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high-performing kitchen team
- Develop and execute menus with attention to detail
- Train and support team members to achieve exceptional results
You'll require teamwork, strong culinary skills, and attention to detail to create exceptional dining experiences in our vibrant hotel restaurant.
