Executive Pastry Chef

At Sofitel Adelaide, we're looking for a highly skilled Executive Pastry Chef to join our culinary team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our award-winning Garcon Bleu restaurant, which features innovative Australian cuisine with a deep French influence.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in managing the pastry section and overseeing food preparation and production.
You'll play a crucial role in implementing menus that showcase innovation and project Sofitel Adelaide as a luxury hotel and market leader in the Adelaide food industry.
We're seeking an experienced professional with 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high-end dining operations. A relevant trade qualification, such as French training or experience, is also desirable.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to train and develop teams, as well as work cohesively in a fast-paced environment.
