We're seeking an exceptional Sous Chef - Pastry to join our team, responsible for leading the pastry section and collaborating with the Executive Chef to drive Food and Beverage profitability. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will oversee food preparation, production, and menu implementation, showcasing your expertise in delivering innovation and excellence.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within high-end dining operations.
  • Relevant trade qualification, preferably French-trained or experienced.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in leading, training, and developing teams.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
