About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Manager to join our dynamic team at Sofitel. As an integral part of our hotel community, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our culinary standards and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As Executive Culinary Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire kitchen operation, ensuring that every dish served meets the highest quality and presentation standards. You will work closely with our chef de cuisine to develop innovative menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within high-end dining operations. You should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to train and develop teams to achieve exceptional results. Additionally, you should hold a Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above, or equivalent qualification.

Salary and Location

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The location of the role is Sofitel Adelaide.
