Role OverviewAs Executive Pastry Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, production, and implementation of menus, working closely with the Executive Chef to maximize Food and Beverage profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years of industry experience in a similar role, with high-end dining operations
- A relevant trade qualification, preferably French trained or experience
- Proven ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in leading, training, and developing teams
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a diverse team

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience.
