Brite is a social enterprise committed to empowering individuals with disabilities. We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative HR Coordinator for our People and Culture team on a 13-month fixed-term contract (24 hours a week). The successful candidate will be the backbone of our team, providing essential support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

About the Role:

  • Manage employee data and HR platforms from onboarding to offboarding
  • Draft and deliver employment contracts for electronic signing
  • Assist in recruitment, including advertising roles and screening applications
  • Ensure employee compliance with up-to-date clearances and documentation
  • Organize training sessions and maintain training records
  • Keep HR policies, procedures, and templates current and communicate updates
  • Provide administrative support, including generating reports and managing calendars
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure timely completion of employee tasks such as contract renewals and training deadlines
  • Support People & Culture with special projects and continuously look for ways to improve processes

Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration or recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HRIS and various CRMs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Experience with Office 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) is a plus
  • Able to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing environments

Flexible Work Environment:

This role offers a hybrid work option, allowing a balance between remote work and in-office presence. The specific details of the hybrid arrangement are still being defined, and we will work with the successful candidate to determine the best schedule that meets both personal needs and the requirements of the role.

We Offer:

$45,000 - $50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
