Opportunity Summary

We're seeking an experienced People and Culture Coordinator to join our Remuneration and Operations team. This fast-paced and dynamic role will suit a generalist with expertise in People and Culture policy, processes, administration, and systems.

The successful candidate will collaborate with P&C colleagues and line managers to deliver onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, contract management, remuneration, and benefits, as well as acquisitions and system implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide accurate and timely communication via our people inbox to resolve enquiries and achieve the best outcomes
  2. Own the onboarding and offboarding experience on behalf of the People Operations team to ensure a consistent experience across critical employee touch points and meet all compliance reporting requirements
  3. Offer advice and information in relation to People and Culture policy and processes
  4. Manage information and documentation in relation to employee and position data
  5. Collaborate with payroll for smooth people processes
  6. Lead and contribute to HRIS updates and the implementation of changes
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Fantastic people skills with the ability to prioritize, a high level of attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience working with HR technology platforms such as SAP Success Factors and HROnboard
