This role offers a unique opportunity to join our collaborative People team as an HR Administrator Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing essential HR processes and ensuring all employment changes are handled seamlessly.

You will work closely with our team members to deliver high-quality HR administration services that support their employment journey.

This hands-on role allows you to make a tangible impact by:

  • Managing the People inbox and directing team member queries
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Managing employment changes and coordinating with external providers
  • Supporting the probation review process
  • Maintaining accurate team member records and preparing HR metrics

This role requires a qualified and experienced HR professional who can bring a strong foundation in HR administration and a passion for creating efficient, accurate processes.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • HR acumen and knowledge of the industrial landscape and Fair Work Act
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in data reporting and systems, ideally with Chris21
